Grmada Above Krško
One of the most popular hiking spots in Krško and its surroundings is certainly Grmada above Krško, which is 488 meters high. It stands above the town of Krško and offers a beautiful view of the left and right bank of the Sava River. The top of this hill is visited by thousands of hikers every year, and the varied terrain is also a challenge for cyclists, who can ride to the top either through the woods or on the road. The hill is a very pleasant spot also because of the many vineyards and wine cellars, which are known for their hospitality and good wine.
